Boston Irish Construction LLC have taken the lead on 

the internal restoration and upgrades to neighboring Beacon Street properties.

Built in 1892-1893, these two beautiful Back Bay properties were listed for sale at $50,000 each. 

 

Fast forward to 2024, these properties consist of some of the most stunning condominiums with unrestricted views over the Charles River.
